Our company was founded by Thomas "Pep" Matsuzaki in 1955, starting out as a small plumbing contractor in a Kalihi home with only two employees. Fast forward to today, we have grown to become a leading commercial air conditioning and plumbing contractor in Hawaii, providing a wide range of services to our clients.

We have had the privilege of working on numerous projects across various industries, including:

• Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL): We designed and built a new 4,050-ton central chiller plant, including three 1,350-ton centrifugal chillers and new 250 HP CHW pumps.
• Tripler Hospital: We have completed numerous projects at Tripler Army Medical Center, including retrofitting and upgrading air conditioning and plumbing systems throughout the hospital.
• University of Hawaii at Manoa: We have completed hundreds of renovation projects at the university, including HVAC system upgrades and campus-wide chilled water loops.
