Our journey began when Charles Tunnell, the founder, started working at Dominion Heating and Air Conditioning in the early '60s as a shop clean-up boy. He worked his way up and eventually bought the service department in 1979, renaming it Dominion Service Company of Richmond. Charles's values and modesty continue to guide us in our daily operations.
