Our company was founded by Sam Peahu, a mechanical drafting expert, and his children, Melissa, Shaun, and Brandon. Melissa and Shaun manage the office, keeping jobs on schedule, while Brandon is out in the field, installing and servicing systems. Our team is dedicated to exceeding our customers' expectations and providing the best possible service.

Air Conditioning Installation
We install many types of air conditioning units from top-name brand manufacturers. Before recommending a system, we take the time to understand our customers' specific needs and budget. We strive to provide systems that not only work well but also look good. We believe that a well-installed system is an essential part of our customers' properties.
Air Conditioning Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential to the longevity and efficiency of air conditioning systems. Our maintenance contracts ensure that our customers' systems are running smoothly and efficiently, saving them money on their electricity bills. We're available Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4 pm for maintenance services.
Air Conditioning Repair
Breakdowns will happen, and when they do, we're here to help. We answer every call and get back to every message promptly. We handle all makes and models of air conditioning systems, and we typically schedule repairs within 24 hours. For emergency repairs, we offer same-day service for an additional fee. We believe in building lasting relationships with our customers by providing reliable service and always keeping their best interests in mind.
