Chris is a seasoned operations leader with over 28 years of experience in sales and general management. He is a US Air Force Veteran and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Systems Management.

John Ayd

Vice President of Sales

John brings 36 years of Commercial/Industrial HVAC service experience to Knott Mechanical. He has held various positions in service sales, sales management, and service management. John is married with two children and four grandchildren.

Joe Pyles

Plumbing Service Manager

Joe has dedicated his career to the plumbing industry, focusing on management and estimating since 1998. He has been married for 20 years and enjoys hunting, crabbing, and spending time with family.

Tony Carr

HVAC Service Manager

Tony has over 30 years of experience in the HVAC industry, focusing on management and customer service since 2002. He is married with two children and enjoys traveling, hiking, and antique cars.

Martin is the President and co-owner of Knott Mechanical and founder of Wye River Technologies. He is an active member of the not-for-profit community and has served on various national and local boards.
