At Bay Heating Service, we take pride in being a family-owned and operated business that has been serving the Green Bay, WI area for over 50 years. Founded in 1949 by Russell A. Drews, our company has a rich history of delivering comfort and reliability to our customers.

Our Story

Our founder, Russell A. Drews, started our business by servicing furnaces and boilers, as well as cleaning ducts. He also set up a small sheet metal fabrication shop to install forced air furnaces. As our business grew, we expanded our services to include air conditioning and hot water heating. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has remained unchanged since our inception.

Leadership

Our team is led by father-son duo Dann and David Drews. Dann, our President, has over 50 years of experience in the HVAC industry and has seen and heard just about anything in the HVAC industry. David, our Vice President, has over 25 years in the HVAC business and is a 3rd generation HVAC professional. Our leadership team is dedicated to upholding the same values that our founder instilled in us: quality, service, and dependability.
