I called In Demand to repair a water pipe leaking inside the walls. Zek contacted me via text to let me know about his arrival, showed up as promised and fixed the problem very promptly and professionally. Easy to make an appointment, office staff friendly. Got a text with a pic of who was coming before arrival. Technician showed up on time, was efficient, explained everything in easy to understand terms, respectful and friendly.
Replaced my sump pump same day, done quickly, reasonable price. Reviewed work with us and showed us it was working before he left. New pump works great, just in time for the rain.

Jesse was great. He replaced supply hoses and angle stops. He also troubleshooted another issue that came up with a bathtub valve, replacing it the same day. I've used In Demand multiple times and the interactions have always been great. Honestly though, Jesse is the best plumber from there that I've interacted with.

Zeek arrived on schedule, quickly worked up an acceptable quote, removed the old water heater, and installed the new one with a minimum of noise, debris, or inconvenience. We had an emergency leak coming from
