Tony and Chris have always done great work! They have replaced my furnace, hot water heater, installed gas lines and installed plumbing in bathrooms. My house had a lot of issues and they always found the best solutions to get the work done right. I have had several occasions that they were able to help in an emergency situation. Called Doctor Water Heater for help in updating home water valve. Received call back within minutes from Tony, the owner, who worked with me to coordinate his visit with the town inspector who needed to first shut off the water and then return to inspect the work. I just love Dr. Water Heater. A couple years ago they replaced a broken water heater and this time they redid an ice maker connection for my refrigerator. They are excellent workers, very reliable, return phone calls (so important), clean up when finished, and very friendly. They do MORE than water heaters. Tony is the best!

Dr Waterheater went where NO other plumber would!! Had several other plumbing companies come to give estimates on replacing a water heater. They didnt want my business. Turns out the installation was a challenge. Only a very skilled plumber would be able to do the job. I by chance found Tony he called me right back asked questions had me send photos of the waterheater! He cared. I would recommend him to anyone anytime. I called the Doctor Water Heater yesterday after finding my hot water heater leaking all over my basement floor. Tony came out quoted the job immediately, detailing all aspects of the work. I had an emergency after hours and my water heater blew out. I looked up in Google to find out who can attend to this issue during this time when everyone is avoiding house visits.. after 3 unsuccessful tries with various companies, I chanced upon Doctor Water Heater. and Tony was there in 10 mins, fixed it to avoid having to live the night without water, and got the unit replaced the morning after. I am not looking anywhere else for my plumbing needs..They are super responsive and amazing..

Tony and his crew were amazing!! They found where the pipe was that was causing a huge leak in our basement and garage. They came right away and they were super nice and helpful! I would recommend them for sure! We called them on a Friday afternoon about the leak and Tony came within an hour to check on the problem! Awesome and friendly service!

What a lifesaver! Tony was available and informative. He was punctual, knowledgeable and efficient. More than that, he was polite and understanding since we are new homeowners, Tony gave us a heads up on how to handle the fallout from the leak. I appreciated that he did not charge me for more work than necessary. The cost of the work was right on par with the estimated cost online. It's safe to say that in future I will definitely call the Doctor.
