Preventive maintenance plans include bi-annual inspections of electrical components, refrigerant levels, and airflow systems. Our technicians clean coils, replace filters, and lubricate moving parts to maintain SEER efficiency ratings. With priority scheduling and repair discounts, these plans extend equipment lifespan while reducing emergency repair risks in critical cooling seasons.
Indoor Air Quality
We install advanced air purification systems including REME HALO technology to eliminate allergens, bacteria, and VOCs. Our solutions address Arizona's unique environmental challenges with whole-home dehumidifiers, UV light systems, and MERV-rated filtration. These upgrades improve respiratory health while maintaining HVAC system efficiency through cleaner air exchange.
