H M Sweeny

The H M Sweeny has been a trusted wholesale distributor of HVAC parts and equipment in the Mid-Atlantic region for over 70 years. Founded in 1946 by Henry M. Sweeny, our company has grown from a single store in Washington, D.C., to two locations in Landover and Rockville, Maryland, serving contractors, property managers, and government agencies. We pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive inventory of HVAC components, including air conditioning units, furnaces, refrigerants, and specialized tools, ensuring we meet every client's needs. Our commitment to excellence extends beyond products, as we provide HVAC training programs and personalized service to support industry professionals. With decades of experience and a team of knowledgeable experts, we remain dedicated to delivering quality solutions and fostering long-term relationships built on trust and reliability.

Our history of strategic acquisitions, such as Larson Supply and ABC Motors, has strengthened our ability to serve diverse markets, including multi-family housing and infrastructure projects. We prioritize customer satisfaction through competitive pricing, prompt service, and a deep understanding of the HVAC industry's evolving demands. Our team's expertise, combined with our investment in education and innovation, positions us as a leader in the wholesale distribution sector. We are proud to support our community through events like annual trade shows and product demonstrations, reinforcing our role as a partner in our customers' success. Looking ahead, we remain committed to upholding the values established by our founders while adapting to new challenges and opportunities in the HVAC market.
