Our founder, Michael Dolan, entered the HVAC world as an installer for an air conditioning company. He furthered his education to gain an in-depth knowledge of HVAC, which ultimately led to the successful launch of With Pride Air Conditioning & Heating. With Pride is licensed in Nassau and Suffolk Counties and possesses insurance coverage at all times. Additionally, we have certifications from the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
