Problems with Professional Service

The technician did not follow proper procedures during the visit, and the diagnosis of the problem was incorrect. This led to a prolonged period of two weeks before the issue was resolved, if it was resolved at all. The technician and the receptionist were also inexperienced, with the receptionist ordering the wrong parts for the heater. The author ultimately had to cancel the service and expresses that she would not recommend the company.
