Quality Service (Repairs): Our team is dedicated to providing quality repairs at a flat rate of $85, which includes the time to diagnose the problem with your heater or air conditioner. If you choose to have repair work done, you may apply the $50 diagnostic fee toward the cost of the repair.

Blower Fan Motor Upgrades: We offer high-efficiency blower fan motor retrofits to reduce repair costs and extend the life of your HVAC system. Our team is experienced in installing high-efficiency blower fan motors and can help you take advantage of rebates and incentives.

Free HVAC Upgrades: Through our participation in the PG&E Multifamily Cooling Optimizer Program, we can provide free HVAC upgrades to eligible multifamily buildings in California's Central Valley. These upgrades include precision air conditioning tune-ups, condenser coil cleanings, and refrigerant level adjustments.

Nest E Smart Thermostats: We install easy-to-use Nest E Smart Thermostats as an investment in your property that increases the satisfaction of your tenants. Our team is experienced in installing smart thermostats and can help you take advantage of rebates and incentives.

How it Works: If you're eligible for the PG&E Multifamily Cooling Optimizer Program, here's how it works. Complete and return the required program participation request paperwork, and we'll submit it to the program administrator to confirm eligibility. We'll schedule an appointment to inspect your HVAC equipment, and if approved, we'll schedule and perform the free HVAC upgrades.
