There were some issues with quotes and services provided by Ken. Allen Swanstrom had an estimate for a furnace addition, but after a week of waiting, he had to pick up his own manual to get a quote, which was originally promised to be ready in 4 weeks. Allen's friend also had a similar experience, with Ken promising an estimate for a week and still not following through.
