Our Story

Alliance Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. was established in early 2004 by business partners John Tropila and Jay Sexton. With a combined experience of 30 years in the commercial HVAC industry, they opened Alliance Heating & Air Conditioning with immediate success. John's background in bidding, scheduling, and accounting, coupled with Jay's background in installation and running all field operations and personnel, made for a perfect combination. Today, after almost a decade in business, their partnership remains as strong as ever. John and Jay personally handle all day-to-day operations of each and every job from start to finish.

We offer a wide range of services, including tenant improvements, new construction, restaurants, retail, medical, prevailing wage/public works, complete design build, and department on staff pipe fitters/welders certified service technicians. We have completed over 1,000 projects and have worked with over 100 different general contractors.
