We specialize in navigating NYC Department of Buildings requirements and ensure proper integration with existing building systems while maintaining manufacturer warranties.
Ductless Split Systems
Our ductless HVAC solutions offer zoned temperature control for individual rooms or buildings. We install energy-efficient systems from leading manufacturers like Daikin and Mitsubishi, featuring wall-mounted and ceiling cassette units that provide quiet, customizable climate control without extensive ductwork.
Through-the-Wall Units
We install and service commercial-grade through-the-wall HVAC systems requiring structural modifications. Our process includes precise wall opening creation, proper enclosure construction, and compliance with NYC sidewalk safety regulations during installation work.
Preventive Maintenance
Our maintenance agreements help extend equipment lifespan and maintain optimal performance. Services include seasonal inspections, filter replacements, and system tune-ups performed by factory-trained technicians using genuine replacement parts to preserve manufacturer warranties.
