Our Team

Our team is led by Bob MacLean, the owner and president of Highland Mechanical, Inc. Bob has over 33 years of HVAC experience and holds numerous certifications including oil burner license, gas fitters license, MA Sheet Metal Master License, Air Conditioning specialist, Nate Certified, OSHA certified, EPA Certified, Indoor Air Quality trained, Refrigeration Certification, Qualified Gastite installer, Ward Flex certified, Trac Pipe certified, Hydronic heating controls certified, and pneumatic temperature controls certified. Alongside Bob, our management team includes Sheilagh MacLean, our office and HR manager, Linda Giordano, our office administrator and receptionist, Mike MacLean, our head of estimating, and Rick Perrault, our project manager. Together, our team has the experience and expertise to handle any mechanical contracting project you may have.
