Company History

Founded in June 1985 by Curtis Scheetz, TEM has grown to become the largest HVAC rental company on the West Coast. Our journey began as an emergency/temporary air conditioning company, serving the Southern California area. Over the years, we have expanded our inventory of HVAC equipment, parts, and solutions to cater to a wide range of applications.
