Great Mills Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is a Southern MD, locally owned, HVAC contractor specializing in the repair, installation, and servicing of Carrier home, residential, commercial, heat pumps, gas furnaces, propane furnaces, oil furnaces, water heaters, humidifiers, and radiant heating. We also repair any make or model of heating and cooling comfort control system, heat pump, or furnace.

Our company was founded in June of 1972 by Charles E. Aud, Sr. Today, we have three owners: Charles E. Aud, Sr. (President), Kirk E. Kuginskie (Vice President), and Lisa M. Aud (Secretary/Treasurer). We are a Factory Authorized Carrier Dealer. Since 1972, we have been installing and servicing Carrier heating and cooling equipment, and improving indoor air quality in the St. Mary's County and Southern Calvert County, Southern Maryland areas.
