Do You Guarantee Your Work?

Yes, all our work is backed by a 12-month warranty for parts and labor. While we cannot warranty refrigerant or system components we don't replace, we'll do our best to recommend the proper repairs to provide years of trouble-free service.

Does my A/C system need regular maintenance?

Yes, regular maintenance is essential to keeping your A/C system running smoothly. We recommend keeping leaves and debris out from under the hood, ensuring your engine operates within a normal temperature range, and avoiding the use of cans of "Freon" from auto parts stores, which can introduce moisture and air into the system.

How long does an estimate take?

Visual inspections typically take 30-90 minutes to complete.

How long will my repairs take?

Do you accept service contracts and extended warranties?

Can I supply my own parts?

With few exceptions, we cannot install customer-supplied parts. Exceptions may be made for specialty parts or parts not available through our vendors.

Can't you get a cheaper part or a used one?
