Founded by Roger Holder, Sr. in 1987, our company has been dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers. Inspired by his father's success, Roger Holder Jr. gained experience and skills in the HVAC business by working in sheet metal and systems installations. He eventually took the helm at the company and established it as Holders Air Conditioning & Heating, Inc. in 2004. Joining him is his wife, Roberta Holder, who has taken on a leadership role, managing the day-to-day operations and office tasks.
