Our History

Our story began in 1975 when Bob Cordts established Cordts Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. Over the years, the company has undergone significant growth and expansion, with Brad Cordts joining the staff in 1990. In 2005, Brad and his wife, Kim, purchased the company, ensuring a seamless transition and a strong commitment to upholding the company's core values.
