At Riesen Heating and Plumbing, Inc., we are proud of our rich history that dates back to 1942. Our journey began with Earl Fast, a skilled pipefitter who recognized the need for experienced boiler and piping services in Celina. He started Fast Plumbing & Heating from his garage, and after World War II, his nephew, Sam Riesen, joined him. Over the years, we have evolved and expanded our services to include heating, air conditioning, commercial and industrial projects, as well as financing options for our customers.

Our Story

In 1942, Earl Fast, a pipefitter at Goodyear and Fridgidaire, recognized the need for experienced boiler and piping services in Celina. He started Fast Plumbing & Heating from his garage. After World War II, Sam Riesen, Earl's nephew, joined him, and they added plumbing work to the business. The shop moved to 121 W. Logan St. in the old hotel building, with a barn in the back that was once a horse stable.

Over the years, the business grew, and in 1960, Sam Riesen took over the business, renaming it Riesen Plumbing & Heating. In 1978, Sam's sons, Craig and Lee Riesen, joined the business, expanding the services to include cooling and air conditioning. They renamed the business Riesen Bros. Plumbing, Heating & Cooling. In 1991, Craig Riesen became the president of the company, which was then incorporated as Riesen Heating and Plumbing, Inc.

In 2007, due to the growth of the business, we moved to our current location at 2015 State Rte 703, Celina, Ohio. Today, we continue to serve our customers with the same commitment to quality and reliability that has defined our business for over 75 years.
