Our owner, Jim Johns, is a California Licensed Contractor and a Lake Arrowhead CA native. We offer a wide range of services including air conditioning, heating, and air quality solutions. For air conditioning, we provide repair and maintenance services to ensure your cooling system is running efficiently. If your cooling system is making strange noises, not cooling evenly or at all, or your bill is just way too high, we can fix it or replace it. We also offer new system installation for those looking to upgrade their cooling system.

For heating, we provide repair and maintenance services for gas furnaces and heat pumps. If your heating system goes down or is not providing enough heat, we can fix it or replace it, usually the same day. We also offer new system installation for heating systems.
