Services
HVAC Repair
Our HVAC repair services address heating, cooling, and ventilation systems for residential and commercial properties. We handle boilers, furnaces, ductless systems, and water heaters using fuel oil, propane, or natural gas. Technicians diagnose and fix issues promptly, ensuring optimal system performance and energy efficiency while minimizing downtime for customers.
Fuel Oil Delivery
We provide reliable fuel oil delivery across Lycoming County with scheduled and emergency options. Deliveries prioritize accessibility, using 4x4 trucks for challenging driveways during peak seasons. Pricing varies by route and demand, with automated notifications for locked-in rates the night before delivery to ensure transparency and flexibility for customers.
Emergency Service
Emergency HVAC and fuel-related services operate 24/7, including holidays and severe weather. After-hours calls start at $150 for the first hour, with additional fees for parts and travel. Our team uses jerry cans for immediate out-of-oil assistance when full truck delivery isn't feasible, ensuring critical needs are met promptly while scheduling follow-up deliveries during business hours.
System Installations
We offer free quotes for heating, cooling, and refrigeration installations, including oil units, heat pumps, gas systems, and commercial refrigeration. Quotes require on-site evaluation and remain valid for 30 days. A 60% deposit secures orders, with 14-21 days for part delivery. Installations include residential and light commercial projects, excluding large-scale rooftop systems.
AC Maintenance
AC maintenance includes coil cleaning, electrical checks, capacitor testing, and condensate line clearing. Technicians assess refrigerant levels and system performance, with R22 replacement recommendations when necessary. Services start at $20, with additional costs for parts or extended labor beyond standard cleaning parameters, ensuring efficient operation during warmer months.
