Where do I begin? Orion HVACs service and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Talk about a team that seems very cohesive and not only dealing with customer inquiries, but scheduling, and workmanship. They provided me with excellent service. They helped me decide on the best equipment for my needs, dealt with the insurance/warranty company, and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. The team that they sent to my home for the installation was so professional. They made the necessary modifications, had superb attention to detail, and made me feel that my requests were important to address. The suggestions I made for them, since this is my home, and I know it better than most, were taken, with a sense of care and understanding. They were so thorough in making sure that everything was done right. Victor even checked my ductwork for proper airflow and patched up a few spots. I feel very comfortable and confident, knowing that my HVAC system was installed properly and with care.
UPDATE: additional work was required including replacing an outdated vent pipe on the roof with a new metal one with a wider diameter to allow better airflow for venting. They also replaced a defective pressure sensor part on the furnace. The entire team including Yury, Victor, Ruslan, Joon, and Alex made it easy to coordinate services and repairs. Alex in particular came up with a great solution to secure the now taller vent pipe on the roof to protect from wind and other potential weather pitfalls.

Tim help me install an in-line fan boost the AC onto the second floor. During the summer it gets so hot on the second floor that I can barely be upstairs. Now with this remote Wi-Fi controlled in Line fan extra air condition received from upstairs makes it so nice. Great service. They were very prompt.

I was assigned Orion by my home warranty company. I admit that I was leery because I haven't have a lot of luck with the vendors that they've sent out. They were the second company to come out to check my AC. The first one made up some crazy reason for failure. But Orion turned out to be great! Scheduling with the office was easy, and the tech Egor was very nice, knowledgeable, and straightforward. He diagnosed my problem correctly and I was able to get it fixed.

My AC was not cooling down my house. I have dual zones. I had another company come out and tell me that I needed a new board, which he quoted about $800 with install. I got a second opinion with Orion and I'm so happy that I did. Constantine came out and told me that there was nothing wrong with my board and figured out the problem... saving me from a shady tech. Now my AC is working perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to call Orion again. They are honest and get the job done.

I highly recommend Orion HVAC to anybody who needs a new air conditioner. The team is excellent: they came on time, they had all the supplies and did a very good job of installing and securing the unit. Tim is very knowledgeable and patient, explained everything very clearly. They also speak Russian for those who might need it. Orion HVAC installed a new Carrier central ac and Heating system for my 4 bedroom 4 bathroom townhouse. The office called me for an ETA prior to arrival, the technicians Tim and Leo arrived on time. We had the nicest two guys come to our home today (Invitational Homes is our property management) Rasul Y and Victor Khan came and did everything that they needed to do to get our AC working again. My air conditioner stopped working on Aug 5,24 so I called HomeServe and they made arrangements with another company. That company never showed up. So I called HomeServe this morning 8/6/24 and they made arrangements with Orion HVAC. They said that they couldn't come today, I told them that I take care of my 81 yr old mom and that the temperature was 90. They said that they would be here by 4pm. And they were. Alex at Orion was friendly, courteous and professional. He took his time explaining the issue and when he came back with the part to fix he made sure the job was done right! Orion HVAC provided stellar service, before, during, and after our repair. Victor and Oleg were both friendly and very professional. Oleg worked very hard and diligently to get the unit repaired. Victor and Feliks did great work. They took their time to accurately diagnose and repair the issue with my AC unit that has plagued me for 6 years. They explained to me what the issue was, how they diagnosed as well as how it will be repaired. My AC is now ready for summer. Yury the manager was amazing as well working with AHS to ensure that my system would be properly covered. Ashley and Hannah who work in the office were always ready to answer my calls and very polite. I would recommend Orion to anyone having AC issues. I am beyond satisfied.

The entire Orion HVAC team was outstanding from scheduling to arriving on time to performing the repair on my air conditioner. I called Friday night after hours, thinking I would not get anyone until sometime the next week, but Alex come out the next day. He was nothing short of amazing at how professionally he looked at the system and repaired it so quickly. It runs and feels like I just put in a new unit instead of just making a repair to my old one.

Great experience from the start. This is my 2nd time receiving service from Orion HVAC. I called today about my broken heater. The person I spoke with over the phone was very helpful and was able to get me on the schedule for the same day. Feliks was the technician that came out. He was very professional and got the job done quick. He was informative and even shared tips to maintaining my heater. Both Yuri and Victor are good technicians, polite, honest and professional. Yuri spend time to order and pick up the parts from the distributor for my AC which is not even his responsibility and was not getting reimbursement for. They are a small but a honest business which is the good quality that I think every business should have. I would do business with them again when my AC breaks again, Hopefully not.
