Second time dealing with them. (Old place,bad plumbing). Every bit as good as before. Ivan & Eric did more than right by me. Worked deep into the night, made a extra trip to Home Depot, cleaned up after themselves. What more could you possibly ask for?!?

I had to sit right down and write a review after the service call we received from Ivan this week. He arrived with a big smile and then went right back out to his truck to get covers for his shoes when he realized I was worried about our wall to wall carpeting getting dirty. He even apologized for the noise required as he cut through the walls and pipes because he saw me working at my computer. He explained that he was covering the bathroom floor with a tarp to keep everything clean and when the job was completed and he asked me to come in to see what was done... I was shocked!!
He had hung plastic over the work site with such care that it almost looked artistic!! I was beyond pleased!!!
Now, as we wait for the next contractor to arrive, we are experiencing no inconvenience because of the beautiful work Ivan did.
Ivan was also a wonderful person to meet...kind, respectful, professional and yet really down to earth. He's 5 stars+ in my book!

They earned a lifetime customer. These guys are amazing I was riding my motorcycle and was having issues they went out of their way to help me with some tools. Definitely recommend for anything.

I had an emergency water leak and called them up. To my surprise, within 30 minutes, two of their technicians, JR and Nelson, showed up at my house. They were not only professional but also made sure everything was done perfectly to my satisfaction. Honestly, Im really impressed with their work. DW Plumbing is definitely the best!

Sean Lewis and crew came to my 3rd floor apartment to fix my shower because it would not drain. The apartment maintenance workers had "tried" to fix it multiple times but couldn't figure it out.

I was pretty frustrated when Sean got there bc I was tired of dealing with it, so his pleasant, positive attitude was appreciated.

It took Sean less than 30 minutes to fix my shower with a big machine AND he cleaned up after himself. Sean was courteous, knowledgeable and talked to/pet my tiny dog that was trying to bully him the whole time he was working.

He also took the time to answer my question about what type of drain protector he recommended.

10 out of 10 recommend. And it was a holiday!

Robert was awesome at fixing the plumbing issue I had in my apartment. Im very happy with the customer service he provided hes professional , clearly knows what hes doing. Highly recommend!

Had my air conditioner replaced today in my apartment, didnt expect the professionalism kindness and just all around great service I received today from James and Caleb, these guys were extremely friendly and just all around people I would call my friends. Made an extremely and I mean seriously stressful situation calm and collected. These guys know what they are doing and what they are talking about. Brought a crane and all the material / equipment necessary to replace my old unit with a new one. Ten out of ten for this company and crew!

I live in an apartment complex located in Tempe and tonight I experienced the worst unexpected flooding ever in my unit Ivan showed up and showed out not only did he find and fix the issue but came back and cleaned up the water! Like I could cry of gratitude right now this week of plumping issues and this one human made this exhausting week seem so much lighter of a weight to carry! I hope everyone gets a chance to met Ivan! He made my night a little better! I will have to transfer units but Because of Ivan my stuff didnt get to damaged! Again very grateful
