I had a great experience with Mr. Fridge! The technician was able to diagnose and address the issue, and helped clear away the ice, unclog the drainage issue that had caused the ice buildup, and get the fan working again, within a short amount of time. I was so relieved! He was also great about explaining what he was doing, and the nature of the issue the fridge was having. I'll more easily be able to spot problems in the future!

Uriy was very professional and showed up a little earlier than the set time which was more than fine. I had an issue where the fridge was warm but the freezer was still ice cold. He pulled the top part apart cleared the blockage but determined the issue was something larger which was a coolant leak and he sealed it after testing where it was coming from. Turns out our fridge was working much harder than it needed to for a LONG time. The price was worth it because of how thorough he was and he was upfront about pricing. For the expertise I would recommend them 100% if you want the issue to be resolved.

Scheduling was easy and straight forward. The technic was on time and professional. He was also straight forward and honest with what he checked, what the issue was, what the life of the refrigerator was going to be with this issue. And all this allowed us to make an informed decision on how to move forward. We eventually decided to get a new fridge and he even has recommendations on brands that have more reliable compressors than our last fridge!

We made an appointment Friday of Memorial Day weekend and Mr. Fridge was able to come the next day. Our freezer had been frosting over for several weeks at this point and after trying to troubleshoot ourselves, we finally decided to bring in a professional. The technician who came was very thorough and took apart our freezer to make sure everything was working properly on the backend. He also cleaned it out for us. We needed a new seal and were told we to shut our freezer with “more power” from now on, lol. By doing those two things, it seems like the problem is solved for now. Thank you!

Our old Whirlpool Freezerator was icing up, worse lately. Food items with horizontal surfaces quickly collected ice, & the bottom basket along with its contents would all freeze together. I found Mr Fridge online yesterday; they scheduled a repair guy for today. He came (so promptly); he saw (identified the problem); & he conquered it! We highly recommend Mr Fridge, couldn't ask for better service.
