Checkup, gave me some ideas of how to make my ac last as long as possible and was just so easy to work with. Also you cannot beat the oricimg! I used Value Air one other time and they were great. This time my entire AC needed to replaced. They gave me a fair price, worked me into their tight schedule, took outbold and installed new unit in attic and outside. We have new carpet and paint throughout the home. They were VERY clean, new unit in and running perfectly, we would never know they were there!! Thank you guys!

Wow, amazing service from beginning to end. Kiersten promptly sent their insurance and workers compensation certificates for me to obtain a permit. She was very accommodating and super friendly and knowledgeable. I feel like I have a new best friend, whom Ive never met. Dave the service technician went above and beyond the call of service. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Ive been using this company to service my ac unit yearly for many years now and after Hurricane Helene, I needed a new HVAC system. Dave and the crew from Value Air were absolutely amazing. Fast, efficient and cleaned up throughly after installing. They were proactive in answering my questions, often addressing concerns before I could voice them. When comparing prices, Value Heat and Air offered a competitive rate, and ultimately was better than the other companies I had gotten estimates from.
