Zach was so helpful and went out of his way to help us get our thermostat/furnace wiring fixed! We run Airbnbs and Zach was so prompt to come out before our guests arrived and was very friendly and easy to communicate with ! Cant say enough about this company! Called first thing this morning because I had a leak under my kitchen sink the lady who answered the phone said they didn't have any openings but then she said she could squeeze me in, had two guys show up 2 hours later and they were very polite and funny. They looked at the leak and before I could sign the one guy was already getting tools to go to work! They had it all done within 30 minutes thank you Manny and Zack it was a pleasure, you guys will be my go to on any plumbing or HVAC.

Had our Furnace go out ysterday and had called a few other local companies and got quotes to my surprise they were all above $7k.... I called America NW Plumbing Heating Cooling they came out and quoted me far less to replace my furnace. Zack came out and made my day. He was very good at explaining the process and had a new furnace installed same day. Would recommend this company for everyone looking to do HVAC. 10 out of 10!

UPDATED: once again America NW came through. Our water heater went out on a Friday before a long weekend. (OF COURSE IT DID!!) They came over at the end of their long day, said we needed a new heater (ours was 20 years old).
They went to the plumbing supplier that day because they were going to be closed on Saturday, came back Saturday and installed it before they left for the long weekend.
I highly recommend this company.
If you decide to use this company, and I recommend you do, be sure to ask for Wallace, he is amazing. He went above and beyond when the plumbing supply company gave us the wrong parts. He made sure we were completely satisfied before he left the job.

After 2 other heating & air companies failed to diagnose my furnace issues and $400 later for them trying to chip away at what was wrong, I called America NW for help. Not only did they send someone to my house immediately on a Friday evening, but they sent Zach who was able to diagnose the issue within 10 minutes. Gave us options and was honest and forthcoming. Explained everything thoroughly and was able to give us a quick fix to keep us temporarily warm through the weekend while he got the equipment we needed that following Monday. When he came back he was again very communicative and did a thorough and efficient job. I highly recommend him and this company. Sheena at the office was also very attentive and helpful!

My mom used American NW Plumbing last year at this time to replace a shower/tub valve and the plumbers were outstanding. We schedule an appointment to replace a leaking valve in the master bathroom. Mark came out, assessed the value and found no issues. Mark was very thurough, informative and the organization is lucky to have such an excellent employee.

America NW Plumbing did a fantastic job at my house. They showed up ON TIME, assessed my situation, and got the job done asap. Brett and Sam were professional and took the time to answer all of my questions once the work was completed, making sure everything worked properly before they left.

Had a great experience with America NW Plumbing. I heard a whistling sound coming from my water heater and called them on a Sunday late afternoon. They sent Evan, a tech, out the next morning who gave me a quick estimate and was able scheduled me for a replacement water tank the very next day. Evan and his team showed up right on time, were really friendly and were very respectful of my space. They did a great job and I strongly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
