Sales person was polite and tried to be informative. Our newly installed HVAC unit appeared to be working after installation but stopped during the night. My husband made a call to AAA Brothers in the morning and they dispatched someone to correct the problem shortly after. Besides the mishap it was a positive experience.

Had our system replaced in December 2024 with AAA Brothers, and now feels like a good time to evaluate.
First of all, the installation was extremely clean and very professionally done. Our indoor unit is in a pretty tight crawl space, but the team handled everything flawlessly.
We’re also very happy with the manager, Igor, who recommended a dual-fuel setup. Our bills are now super low! We also went with a variable-speed system, and the new furnace is really quiet compared to our old one.
Overall, we’re very happy with the service, the installation quality, and the guidance we received. Would 100% recommend.

AAA Brothers was very efficient and professional. They came out to do an estimate on a Saturday after our current ac system died. They were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The quote was very fair. They came out and did the install the following Tuesday. The installation team was efficient and courteous. They left all areas clean and free of debris. Our new system has been running perfectly. We will definitely be using them going forward.

10/09/2023 - Update: I was having issues with my PECO rebates. Paula called me to help explain exactly what rebates are available and how to apple for them. This company is a pleasure to deal with.
I found AAA Brother from the Lennox website as my local certified dealer.
They came out to give me a price on replacing two HVAC systems (Furnace, air handlers, condenser). The price was very reasonable, and they even suggested a steam humidifier since the house gets dry during the winter.
They sent out two crews (6 guys) which worked most of the day. The install went very well, the crews that came out were very professional and made sure everything was clean when they left.
We would highly recommend them.

I don't have enough words to describe how good they are. Paula/Jane who helped me from start to the end of project were really good. Every time I called them with questions, they answered it with full professionalism. They also helped me to fill out rebates.Their price is reasonable not the cheapest you can find elsewhere but their service was excellent. They installed the HVAC System in the time framed they promised. When they were done, everything was clean and looked like nobody was even there. I rarely post reviews but AAA Brothers deserves this one. I have used them for years on maintenance, repair and even for a new system. Last week my 2nd floor heat pump came to its end of life. AAA Brothers gave me several options for replacement and even repair. The prices were very fair and after a thorough conversation on the options I settled on a new system. They were out the next day to replace it and the two gentlemen (and I mean gentlemen) did a great job with the replacement and I can't be any happier!
