We called Befort Plumbing & Heating immediately after noticing a leaky faucet under the kitchen sink. Chuck from Befort came within a couple of hours and quickly procured and installed a new faucet. He did a great job and we were thrilled to get the problem solved immediately. Chuck turned what was a mess into a happy ending, which was a huge relief. Lamar serviced our furnace in February 2025. He was great. Turns out the bearings on our draft inducer motor were worn, and the draft motor needed replacement. Lamar showed me how turning the wheel on the faulty old motor created the same noises I'd been hearing when the furnace was running. Lamar is professional, personable, and was happy to answer all my questions about how our furnace works.

Had a heating issue and Befort was able to come out next day.

There was no charge to check out what the issue is unlike every other company I called. I was offered a free way to resolve my issue temporarily & also a permanent fix. I went with the permanent fix and didnt feel like I got taken for a ride on the cost.

Lamar (technician) was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to show me how to troubleshoot in the future. Overall great experience
