John was a life saver! I had several other hvac techs come prior to assist with my broken ac unit and they couldn't figure out the problem. John arrived and was able to determine that the compressor was grounded in less than 10 minutes. John was able to get a new compressor and installed it the same day! Now I have cool air conditioning! Amazing! Highly recommend!!

Our Refrigerator definitely had an issue when woke up Saturday morning. Odd smell and the controller kept kicking on an off. After doing a bit of research and calling around, I found John. Called him immediately. What blessing to hear he would be able to help us later in the afternoon..

I have a Big Chill Retro Refrigerator that quit working due to a compressor failure, which ended up contaminating all the refrigerant in the system, as well as spreading debris throughout the coils. John tried everything to flush and repair our refrigerator, although he was unsuccessful, he was honest, and recommended that we not spend any more money trying to repair it because it would end up costing a lot for parts, and ultimately wouldnt last long.

Absolutely amazing service. John was able to stop by my house and fix our freezer after his normal work day in the evening. We have a home warranty company which can be a bit of a pain and he was patient enough to deal with them and get our fridge and freezer working again same day for a super affordable rate. John did an excellent job repairing our side by side Electrolux freezer. We received other estimates suggesting full freezer replacement, however John identified the problem and proceeded with the repair. Once completed, our freezer is operating normally as well as the internal ice maker. John's professionalism, expertise, honesty and general knowledge is much appreciated. John is amazing at what he does. Not only is he extremely responsive, even making time for us on the same day, he is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely shows that he cares. We have had him come out for a refrigerator issue and an HVAC issue. Both times he fixed the problem and also educated us on the root cause, best next steps, and how we could prevent the issue in the future. I highly recommend John. Best service I have ever experienced! John was very busy and didn't have time to come to my house in Union City. He was driving to another call and talked to me for 30 minutes and told me what to check and what to try next . He was able to come the next day which was Christmas eve and he had the parts that I needed and was able to get my Goodman heat pump working. Thanks John. I will use him again and recommend him to anyone who needs help getting there air conditioning repaired

He was excellent. He told me I needed a new filter and showed me how to put it in, but my water still wouldn't come out. I called him and he immediately came by opened up my freezer and took the new filter re entered it ( the correct way) and then BINGO my water starts working. He didn't charge me again and I will tell all of my friends and neighbors to use him!!
