My water heater stopped working, so I called Alpine. Bert arrived on time and knew exactly what he was doing. He got it working again without trying to sell anything. The service was smooth and straightforward. I would definitely call them again if I needed plumbing services.

We had no hot water, so Rick from Alpine came out to look at our water heater. He was kind, professional, and provided detailed explanations. He had it mended that same day. It's been working flawlessly ever since. Great experience from beginning to end!

A big shoutout to Vince at Alpine! Our air conditioner stopped working on one of the hottest days, and he fixed it in less than an hour. A total lifesaver. He was friendly, swift, and understood just what to do.

Our clay sewer line was in bad shape invaded by roots at connections. Went with sewer liner install. The Sewer Specialists were very professional and efficient by answering questions while working. Alpine Plumbing is very focused on customer service and satisfaction. Its nice to know there are still companies out there that understand the value for good customer service. Special mention to Mike Webster who took special care of us from start to finish. Sam who was very knowledgeable and clarified questions about the materials and the process. Hayden who shared additional explanation during install. Everyone was very polite, professional and customer service oriented!

After an initial inspection of the interior plumbing, it was determined that we needed and jet wash out of the pipes and a search for the front clean out port. The guys from Alpine came out, jetted the pipe out and uncovered the front side clean out. [In the photo L to R Rudy, Erick and Gianni] Rudy and Gianni ran the jet and Erick ran the camera. Job Well done! Very happy with the work and the result!

Very happy. Ruben has been here three times and is always so helpful and explains everything clearly and does beautiful work. Gianni is also lovely. Eric came and gave us a quote for replacing our old pipes so well be doing that soon as well. I have zero complaints, they are very easy to work with.

Our service tech called in advance to let us know that he was on the way and gave a time frame for ETA. Once there he made a thorough investigative inspection and assessment followed by an estimate. The estimate was made with provisos of possible increases/decreases dependent on what the actual job might entail. He made sure to show me with each change in the progress. In all the tech was friendly, courteous and professional. The total job took less than expected but, a bit longer as the outside wall needed a bit more stucco than was originally purchased. Clean up was done well and everything turned out well. A great job by a competent worker. Doesnt get much better.

Out of five plumbing company I checked with free estimates, I chose Alpine Plumbing because their service fees were very reasonable. Luckily, service was outstanding as well. Ruben was very friendly and very knowledgeable and did great in repairing our water heater, he even helped us on related issues without hesitation and no added charges. Definitely will recommend Alpine Plumbing especially Ruben and will surely hire again for future plumbing issues.

Purchase the water heater on 2021 and never have issues on it. Called on Friday for a quick check. They are friendly and quickly response on the phone to set up an appointment on Monday for me even it is the president day. Professional and friendly service. Highly recommend to our neighborhood who may need water heater service!

Old water heater busted, called around and was able to finally reach someone - Alpine Plumbing, Heating and Air. TL;DR - Go with them if you want a fair and quality installation of Water Heaters.

Set up an appointment with them and they had availability ASAP. Super professional on the phone, made sure to ask what the problem could be and set up text alerts for who was coming and when they'd get there.

Our tech was great - he checked out our issue, asked us what we wanted out of the options for the fixes available and when we chose, a follow-up appointment was as quick as the next day. Price was set, fair for the both the ease of mind on quality of product and the actual hard work the tech performed AND WE HAVE NO REGRETS. They took away the broken appliance for us - no problems!

So far, no issue with the NEW water heater, heats up our water WAY more consistently, and the tech made sure to install it so it's still safe and supported properly so we don't have any concerns for safety. Thank you Alpine Plumbing!

Wow, such an amazing experience! Alpine Plumbing & Rooter saved the day when my water heater failed. They worked fast and explained everything. I'm really pleased with their service and would absolutely use them again for any plumbing issues!

I contacted Alpine plumbing after realizing my Rinnai tankless water system was not working. I was able to make a appt to have a technician come out and confirm that my 5.5 yr old system had taken a turn for the worse and best course of action was to replace the unit. Background about the unit- new home builder installed Rinnai unit in 2019 with 1 flush performed 3 years ago.

Mike from Alpine plumbing was very knowledgeable and gave me options on replacement units and services needed to properly maintain my replacement unit from yearly flushes to filtered water systems or soft water systems.

I went ahead and replaced my unit the SAME DAY with a Navien tankless water system and Im very satisfied. Total time took about 4 hours including time Mike had to go and pickup the new tankless system and parts.

From the start, Mike and Ivan were friendly, professional and full of knowledge about their profession and I highly recommend both of them.

About the unit, I was able to do some research after the install and instantly realized the high-end Navien brand name with their warranty and quality of the parts. Unit also has the highest energy star ranking which is another benefit. There are also rebates available to those who qualify!

Mike gave me options about improving my hot water setup and Im completely impressed with the instant hot water now available at certain locations that are farthest from the water heater system and require me to run the water for 30-60 seconds at times just to have hot water.

Mike and Ivan are a great team and Im happy to share my positive experience about them and Alpine plumbing. Also to dog owners, Both of them were friendly to my 4 legged family members and did not give off any negativity when my Goldens were supervising and seeking attention lol

Called for a same day consultation for our backed up bathroom drain and Rudy was great! He cleared the issue quickly, explained what could have happened, and even gave us recommendations for drain maintenance! Highly recommend!
