ASG's 12,500 sq. ft. office and warehouse are located at 32 Concourse Way, Greer, SC 29650. The company's legacy powerhouse provides inventory capability in its Upstate, SC, warehouse and a guarantee to respond within 24 hours when assistance is required.

History

ASG was founded in 1985 by Jerry Shive as Shive & Associates, covering NC, SC, GA, and EAST TN. Over the years, the company has expanded its reach and product offerings through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. In 2021, ownership of ASG transitioned from Jerry Shive to Matt Eskridge, Gordon Ramseur, and Andrew Shive. In 2023, ASG expanded to the Florida market.
