At HTF Mechanical Services, we are a Class "A", commercial/industrial HVAC contractor providing ongoing services to members of the southwest and central Virginia business community. With over 143 long-term service agreements throughout our service area, our diverse customer base includes members of industry, business, healthcare, education, and government, to name a few.

Our mission is to provide first-class service at a reasonable cost. Our Team

Most servicing contractors have one technician in their organization capable of servicing commercial/industrial equipment and controls. At HTF Mechanical, we have 10 service technicians whose core competency is the diagnosis and repair of commercial/industrial air conditioning systems and controls. Backing our service force is our in-house design and engineering team. Most of our sales, engineering, and service personnel have worked in the commercial/industrial HVAC industry for more than 20 years. Several senior personnel exceed the 30-year mark.

Solutions Provider

When your HVAC system no longer provides the expected level of comfort or energy efficiency, and that loss of performance is not due to a failed component, you need a "Solutions Provider", not a "Service Provider". While others focus on looking for the failed component in a piece of equipment, we address your entire HVAC system, looking for the design, application, or utilization flaw in addition to failed components.

Full Service Provider

Many service providers have sufficient service technicians to respond and replace defective components on the HVAC equipment serving their customer base. Few have the field and inside support staff expertise to be "Systems Analyst". At HTF Mechanical, we service your entire HVAC system, not just a single component or piece of equipment. That includes air side, water side, controls, process heating and cooling, and energy management, to name a few. We also specialize in all aspects of boiler operation and maintenance.

When you are an HTF Mechanical Services customer, you have our 24/7/365 emergency service program at your finger tips. When an after-business-hours outage occurs at your facility, we'll place a technician on-site in two hours or less.
