Customer Service Issues
Several customers have reported poor customer service experiences with Mattioni. One reviewer, Shawn Wagner, scheduled a tune-up and was left waiting around for four hours, only to be told that the technician couldn't make it and was offered a date a month later. Another reviewer, Andrew Hitchner, had a technician tell him there was a gas leak and tried to charge him $600 for a repair, but another two companies found no leak the next day.
Quality of Work
Some customers have reported issues with the quality of work performed by Mattioni. One reviewer, Alex Barquist, reported that Mattioni almost convinced him to replace a perfectly good furnace, but a quality CO meter test revealed no carbon monoxide leaks.
