AC Repair
Our NATE-certified technicians provide emergency and scheduled AC repair services for central systems, heat pumps, and ductless units. We diagnose refrigerant leaks, compressor failures, and thermostat issues while ensuring energy efficiency. With 24/7 availability, we restore cooling comfort during Virginia's hottest months using factory-authorized parts and diagnostic tools.
Heating Installation
We specialize in heating system installations including high-efficiency furnaces, boilers, and geothermal systems. Our load calculations ensure proper sizing while our technicians follow strict installation protocols. We offer system warranties and energy-saving guarantees for residential and commercial properties across Hampton Roads.
Indoor Air Quality
Our IAQ specialists install and service air purifiers, humidifiers, and ventilation systems to reduce allergens and improve respiratory health. We conduct building envelope inspections to identify contamination sources. Solutions include HEPA filters, UV light systems, and smart humidity control for both residential and commercial environments.
Preventative Maintenance
Our Comfort Plus Club provides seasonal maintenance for HVAC systems including coil cleaning, refrigerant checks, and electrical component inspections. Regular service extends equipment lifespan, maintains manufacturer warranties, and improves energy efficiency by up to 30% for both residential and commercial clients.
Geothermal Systems
We design and install geothermal heating and cooling systems that leverage underground temperatures for energy efficiency. Our systems include horizontal/vertical loop configurations with hybrid options for commercial buildings. Geothermal installations qualify for federal tax credits and reduce energy costs by 40-60% compared to conventional HVAC.
