At MCM Heating & Air Conditioning, we pride ourselves on being the oldest HVAC repair company in Cooke County, with a rich history that dates back to 1967. Our story begins with Macready Heat and Air, founded by Mr. Irby Macready, who worked part-time to provide reliable service to the growing air conditioning market. After National Supply closed down, Irby dedicated himself full-time to his business. In 1978, Alford Morris started his own company, Morris Heating and Air, focusing on the mobile home market and later expanding to residential homes.

In 1989, Irby Macready and Alford Morris, friends since their days at National Supply, decided to merge their companies to form MCM Heating and Air Conditioning. They specialized in residential service, installation, and commercial refrigeration. In 2005, Irby and Alford retired, and Irby sold half of the business to his daughter and son-in-law, Darrel and Kristi (Macready) Timmins, while Alford gave his half to his son, Jeff Morris.

This change in ownership has brought fresh ideas to the company, modernizing our services and products. We now offer a range of new services and products, including zoning, heat loads, and air purification. In August 2015, Jeff Morris sadly passed away, and the Timmins bought Jeff's half of the business. Today, we continue to strive for excellence, ensuring that every service call we make is the most important customer we have.
