Our Divisions

HVAC Elements encompasses three independent divisions, each with its own unique focus:

• *O'Connor Company*: Founded in 1970, O'Connor Company specializes in commercial HVAC equipment and offers a wide range of products from leading manufacturers in the industry, including Daikin and Siemens. Our team is committed to providing customers with manufacturer training and maximizing facility efficiencies.

• *G & R Controls*: Established in 1977, G & R Controls provides automatic temperature controls, energy management solutions, security systems, hydronic heating and cooling equipment, replacement parts, pumps, and on-call emergency service support. Our team is dedicated to helping customers reduce particles, odors, pathogens, and energy consumption.

• *Balancing Professionals*: As an independently owned and operated third-party service, Balancing Professionals was established in 1993 to provide reliable NEBB-Certified testing and balancing for any HVAC system. Our team works together with O'Connor Company and G & R Controls to provide the best customer experience.
