Poor Customer Service Experience
Disappointing Experience with Air Conditioning Repair
The reviewer, Brian B., had a frustrating experience with an air conditioning repair company. When his AC stopped working, he contacted the company through his home warranty program, which guaranteed a 24-hour callback. However, the company failed to call back, prompting Brian to contact them directly.
Rude Customer Service
When Brian spoke with the owner of the company, he was met with a dismissive and unapologetic attitude. Despite Brian's AC being out of commission, the owner told him that he would have to wait at least a week and a half for service, showing a complete lack of empathy or concern for Brian's situation.
Unprofessional Behavior
The reviewer was taken aback by the owner's abrupt and unprofessional behavior, stating that he didn't even offer a simple apology or attempt to find a solution to the problem. This kind of attitude and behavior is unacceptable and has led to a very negative review.
