Mixed Experience with Brewer Refrigeration
Technician Issues and Billing Concerns
Some customers have reported issues with technicians, including one instance where a technician installed a new thermostat without consulting the customer, charged for the service call and the new thermostat, and then charged a second service fee. Another customer was billed $52 for a technician's visit to determine that they couldn't install a Nest thermostat, with no prior warning about the cost.
