At JDW, Inc., we are proud to say that we are the oldest HVAC and sheet metal company in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Our story began in 1969 when our founders, James "Dewey" Williams and his wife Janet, moved to Steamboat Springs to start a new life. Dewey had a passion for heating and refrigeration, and he saw an opportunity to bring his expertise to this beautiful mountain town.

- William "Bill" Northrop, President and 3rd generation owner of JDW, Inc. Bill oversees all aspects of the company and is an expert in new installs, remodels, service, and bidding.
- James "Dewey" Williams, CEO and founder of JDW, Inc. Dewey has over 50 years of experience in the HVAC and sheet metal industry and has seen the company grow and evolve over the years.
- Brenda Northrop, Controller and daughter of Dewey and Janet Williams. Brenda oversees all aspects of the company's financial operations and is an expert in budgeting and financial management.
- Janet Williams, co-founder and wife of Dewey Williams. Janet has been instrumental in the company's growth and has played a key role in the company's operations.
