That's why we offer tailored maintenance contracts for all our clients, designed to meet their individual needs. We encourage our clients to take advantage of rebates available through the NJ Clean Energy Rebate Program, and we offer financing through Wells Fargo for those who need it.

We specialize in chilled water and glycol building applications, cooling tower services and maintenance, and we have extensive experience working with systems ranging from 1.5 tons to 1,000 tons of cooling. We also service Daikin VRV (also known as VRF) systems, Variable Frequency Drives, and Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems.

Our Licenses

At L&M Heating and Cooling, we take heating and cooling seriously. That's why we have several licenses, including a NJ HVAC Master's License, a NJ HIC License, a High Pressure Black Steam License, and a Blue Seal Refrigeration License. We maintain a NJ HVAC Master's License by taking 5 credits of NJ State Board of Examiners of Heating, Ventilating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Contractors-approved continuing education every two years. Our NJ Home Improvement Contractor (HIC) License allows us to work on all types of home improvement projects, and our High Pressure Black Steam License allows us to work on boilers over 100 hp and more than 15 pounds pressure steam.

Our Blue Seal Refrigeration License is particularly important for our commercial and industrial clients. This license is required for refrigeration systems that are flammable or toxic, and it ensures that we have the skills and knowledge necessary to handle these systems safely and efficiently.
