Availability and Service
The reviewers have mixed experiences with the availability and service of the unit rental company. While Jeffery Oswald and Levi Fetrow had positive experiences, Jeffery reported that the unit was delivered quickly and easily, and Levi praised the company's willingness to work with him if issues arose. Levi also commended the company for its reasonable pricing.
On the other hand, Ric Mulholland had a poor experience when he called to inquire about unit availability. According to Ric, the women on the phone hung up on him without a chance to finish his question, and he never received a follow-up call.
Overall Satisfaction
The company appears to have some inconsistencies in its service, with some customers receiving excellent service while others have negative experiences. Jeffery and Levi were extremely satisfied with their experiences, while Ric was extremely dissatisfied with his.
