Our facility is conveniently located 10 miles east of downtown Houston on Interstate 10, making it easily accessible for all our clients. We hold a class A air conditioning license by the State of Texas TACLA46089C, which reflects our commitment to excellence and adherence to ethical practices.

Our Services

We have a strong commitment to training, which is why all our service technicians are refrigerant certified as required by 40 CFR part 82, subpart F.

In addition to our factory-sponsored training programs, we also conduct regular training sessions in our classroom at our location and hands-on training on our own commercial rooftop, split, and ductless systems. This comprehensive training program ensures that our employees are always up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques in the industry.

Our History

Blue Northern Air Conditioning was founded by Ken and Sharon Pantin in March 1983. Initially, the company operated from their home before moving to a leased space on Sheldon Road in Channelview, Texas. Over the years, the business has grown significantly, expanding from a residential service company to a nationally recognized retail and commercial service provider.

Today, we are proud to serve commercial, institutional, industrial, and marine accounts locally, offering all aspects of air conditioning services.
