Unreliable and Untrustworthy Services
Poor Work Quality and Business Practices
Both Rick M. and Jaimee J. had extremely negative experiences with the company, citing poor work quality and unprofessional business practices. Rick M.'s air conditioner unit was not fixed properly, resulting in further damage to his ceiling, and the company expected immediate payment without providing a total cost. Jaimee J.'s disabled father was taken advantage of, being made to purchase his own parts and having the plumber break the part, only to ask for guidance on how to fix it.
Lack of Customer Support
