About Us

We are a family-owned HVAC company, specializing in servicing commercial buildings throughout California for multiple generations and nearly 40 years. Putting our customers first and making their lives easier is the single most important element in defining our business and relationships.

Our History

Our story begins in 1981 when Bay Air Systems was founded by John Morgan. Shortly after, we landed our first major project, bringing John's expertise to redesigning the pneumatic controls on a new HVAC system at Wells Fargo Plaza in downtown Oakland, which had not functioned to anyone's satisfaction up to that point.

Our Offices

Our corporate office is located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with an additional office in San Diego and technicians located conveniently throughout the state. Our northern office is situated at 1300 Galaxy Way, Suite 9, Concord, CA 94520, while our southern office is located at 8977 Activity Road #203, San Diego, CA 92126.
