Our History

Pilot Air was founded in the year 2000 by Kevin Midkiff, a veteran of over 40 years in the HVAC industry. Kevin is also accredited as a trainer for one of the most used Load Calculation and Duct Design platforms, Wrightsoft. Throughout the years, Kevin has built upon the foundational principles of which he began the company, expanding our services to two locations in Pilot Mountain and King to serve the Forsyth, Guilford, Surry, and Stokes county areas along with parts of Virginia.
