Tom founded Herlocker Mechanical Systems, Inc. in 2003 after gaining extensive experience in design engineering, general contracting, and international mechanical contracting. His expertise in health care projects, industrial, pharmaceuticals, and microelectronics has been instrumental in shaping the company's strategic direction and commitment to innovation.

*Joel Herlocker, Vice-President*

Joel joined Herlocker Mechanical Systems, Inc. in 2010 as a Project Manager. As a licensed Professional Engineer and mechanical and plumbing qualifier in multiple states, Joel's background in building design, CAD drafting, and commissioning of HVAC and plumbing systems strengthens our team's competency and unique approach to complex configurations.

Professional Licenses & Certifications

Our leadership and team members hold various professional licenses and certifications, including:

• NC: Mechanical H1 and H2 unlimited license and P1 unlimited. Professional Engineer.
• SC: Air Conditioning and Heating, State Mechanical license and State Plumbing license - unlimited. Professional Engineer.
