Unsatisfactory Experience
Christy Pretzinger rated Gruter Heating and Air Conditioning 1 star. She had a terrible experience with Steve Gruter, who was supposed to check her AC unit under warranty. She claimed that Steve was unprofessional, rude, and petty, refusing to honor the warranty or even check the system. After multiple attempts to schedule an appointment, Gruter eventually came out and allegedly visually inspected the unit, claiming it was fine. Christy found this hard to believe, given that the unit was still not working properly. She had to hire an attorney to get any further response from Gruter.
